In case of a new mortgage loan:

1. Amount of your contemplated mortgage loan
2. Desired Interest period for your new mortgage loan
3. Contemplated tenor (final maturity date) of the requested loan
4. Value of the real estate as per existing appraisal (if available) and / or purchase price
5. Have you ever been past due with any of your loan repayments?
6. Have all past due repayments already been settled?
7. Do you have any preference as to which bank you would like to provide the mortgage loan?
8. Which bank do you hold your accounts with?
9. What interest rate has been offered to you by your current bank if any?
10. What is your age? The final maturity of your loan must not exceed 70 years of your age

In case of a refinancing of existing loan:

1. Amount of your existing mortgage loan / amount to be refinanced (after extraordinary prepayments)
2. Desired Interest period for your new mortgage loan
3. When does the Interest period of your existing mortgage loan expire
4. Contemplated tenor (final maturity date) of the requested loan
5. Value of the real estate as per existing appraisal (if available) and / or purchase price
6. Have you ever been past due with any of your loan repayments?
7. Have all past due repayments already been settled?
8. What is your current mortgage bank?
9. Do you have any preference as to which bank you would like to provide the mortgage loan?
10. Which bank do you hold your accounts with?
11. What interest rate has been offered to you for the next Interest period by your current bank if any?
12. What is your age? The final maturity of your loan must not exceed 70 years of your age
